Vlad Grozav
I fell for this work because a photograph can outlive everything else in a room. Dresses are folded away, flowers fade, guests go home. The image stays, and one day it is all that’s left of an afternoon.
I carry that with me to every wedding. Raised in Transylvania, at ease anywhere the day happens to unfold, I photograph as though these frames will be looked at a hundred years from now. Because they will.

I photograph weddings the way they actually feel. The vows, the details, the quiet glances between the celebrations, so that years from now these images still hold the emotion of the day.
